Refund Policy

return or exchange

1.1 Unless otherwise specified, no return or exchange of goods will be accepted. Please read the return or exchange policy specified by the supplier before ordering.

1.2 According to the return or exchange policy of individual suppliers, if the goods you ordered are faulty, defective or damaged (through no fault of yours), or the goods are not what you ordered, or the quantity delivered is incorrect, you can send the goods on the date of receipt. Return or exchange within seven (7) days provided:

1.2.1 return or exchange policy applies;

1.2.2 the goods are unused and in the condition in which they were originally sold, together with all parts and accessories supplied with the goods, including instructions, certificates, labels, markings, consumables, bags and boxes;

1.2.3 the packaging of the Goods must be in the condition in which they are delivered to you; and

1.2.4 Requests for return or replacement are sent to our customer service representatives via live chat and within the period specified by the supplier, the goods are returned to the supplier at the delivery address through our free collection or other methods.

1.3 You agree and accept that acceptance of product replacement is subject to stock availability.

1.4 You agree and accept that acceptance of return or replacement of Merchandise is at the sole discretion of the Supplier. Under no circumstances will we accept returns directly to us or be liable for any damages incurred by you for any reason whatsoever.
