track order
After the order is shipped, you will receive an email with a mailing number. Please log in to the courier company's website and check the delivery progress through the mail ID. Please note that you will not be able to check the status of your delivery until you have received your mailing number.
delivery service
We will send the order according to the delivery area of the order, and SF Express will be responsible for sending it, and it must be signed for delivery. If no one signs for it, the package will be returned to the warehouse, and the courier company will contact you to arrange a re-delivery time, or you will go to the warehouse to pick up the package in person. Please note that your package will arrive at the warehouse within one to two business days of the initial delivery.
Self-pickup service at SF Express Station and SF Express Service Center
For your convenience, you can choose to pick up your order at SF Express Station or SF Express Service Center. When the order arrives at the pick-up location, SF Express will send a text message or phone call to the recipient to notify the pick-up. When picking up the package at the SF Express station or service center, you must present the confirmation message sent by SF Express, and the package can only be picked up after SF Express staff checks the recipient's information.
